Job Description:
An organization is seeking an Accounting Specialist for remote
work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process data for accounts receivable invoices and
deposit entries
Manage customer information and synchronize accounting systems
Assist with month-end reporting, revenue processing, and payroll
for global entities
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS and 5+ years' experience or graduate degree and 3+ years'
experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Prior experience with USAID and knowledge of FAR, AIDAR, and 2 CFR
200 is a plus
Intermediate level experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Suite
Fluency in English, second language a plus
