Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Accountant and CX
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Support provider members and internal teams with questions about
provider payouts, billing processes, and membership terms
Review and confirm member billing details and consult with
Accounting and Member Success teams on improving operational
processes
Assist with reconciliations, month-end close process, and general
accounting processes
Required Qualifications:
0-1 years of accounting experience in a high growth environment
Degree in Accounting
Proficiency with Accounting software, Asana, and Zendesk
Experience with billing or financial tools and ability to quickly
learn new financial systems
Experience manipulating data in Excel and an appetite to hone these
skills further
