The Conversion Associate position will report to the Conversion
Manager.
As the Conversion Associate, you will:
Take a proactive approach via multiple channels (phone, emails,
SMS, etc) in initiating contact with potential clients, employing
engaging communication and tailored strategies to effectively
address their needs and guide them through the decision-making
process towards conversion.
Work closely with clients to navigate any obstacles in the
conversion process, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a
commitment to achieving conversion goals.
Utilize CRM software and other tools to track customer interactions
and manage leads effectively.
Regularly review and assess personal performance against conversion
targets, seeking feedback and employing self-directed strategies
for continuous improvement in client engagement and conversion
outcomes while achieving a high-quality standard of service.
Assist in handling inbound calls related to Client Happiness
Origination, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to
excellent service when needed.
Your Impact:
You will play a crucial role in guiding potential clients through
various phases of the application process, with a focus on
optimizing conversion rates and enhancing the client
experience.
Collaborating across departments, including but not limited to
Client Happiness, Credit Operations, and Shared Operations, to
ensure the delivery of top-tier service to our clients. This
includes proactively escalating issues that impact service quality
or customer satisfaction.
About You:
2-3 years of relevant sales and or customer success experience in
relationship or consultative sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding
targets.
Passion for helping customers, delivering exceptional customer
service, and building long-term client relationships.
Even Better:
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to
changing priorities.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Zendesk, or similar tools, is
preferred to effectively track customer interactions, update
information, and manage leads.
Experience in the student lending, banking, or financial aid
space.

A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating
our employees fairly and equitably. We are showcasing a range of
your potential base salary, determined primarily based on a
candidate's location. Earnest takes a market-based approach,
categorizing U.S. locations into one of five zones based on a cost
of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's
starting pay will also be determined based on job-related
qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may
be modified in the future.

$53,100-$66,375 USD
