Job Title: Audit Senior Job Location: Hybrid Job Salary: $60k-$90kk (DOE) Requirements: 2 Years of Public Accounting Tax Experience Position Overview The Audit Senior will play a critical role in managing and executing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality service delivery to clients. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a team in performing audits effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with firm and regulatory standards. Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training on audit processes and best practices. Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and assist in the development of solutions for issues identified during audits. Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2- years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit. Strong knowledge of audit standards and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. CPA candidate preferred. Experience with CCH Axcess and CCH software is a plus. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
