Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented
and dependable Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support
day-to-day invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation
activities for our client in the Greensboro area. The ideal
candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing high volumes of
data, and experienced in maintaining positive customer
relationships while ensuring timely payment. This is a contract
position looking to hire as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on
schedule Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding balances
Conduct proactive collection efforts via phone and email Research
and resolve payment discrepancies Apply and reconcile daily cash
receipts Maintain up-to-date customer account records Prepare aging
reports and other AR-related metrics as needed Collaborate with
internal teams (sales, customer service, accounting) to resolve
billing issues Support month-end closing activities related to AR
Qualifications 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or
general accounting Strong understanding of AR processes,
collections, and cash applications Proficiency in accounting
software Strong Excel skills (sorting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables
preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills High
attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to
work independently and meet deadlines Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00
