Pediatric opening near Montgomery, AL - Located in Troy, AL -
Montgomery 50m - Full-time, permanent position - Outpatient -
Employed opportunity - Private Practice - Privileges at local
hospital - Schedules are flexible and open for negotiations -
Rotating Saturdays from 8a-12p are possible in the future, as we
have found that adding Saturday hours is a WONDERFUL service to the
community and would like to gradually do that - Recruiting one
Pediatrician and two Nurse Practitioners. Each provider will have
their own MA - Two receptionists. An office manager that oversees
day-to-day operations of the practice - $210-220k Base salary -
Base salary is guaranteed - Our bonus structure is production based
and comes into play when provider is seeing, on average, more than
20 patients per day, annuallyPractice plans to open in early 2023.
Owner of the practice has been established for more than 10 years
and owns 5 pediatric offices in North Alabama. If candidate is
available to work prior to practice opening for operation, we would
ask candidate to work four days per week as a Locums at one of the
other clinics. This will allow the new physician to train and begin
to establish a routine that can carry over to the new office in
Troy once opened.
