detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract
basis in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role requires exceptional
typing skills and accuracy to ensure data is entered correctly and
efficiently. As part of our dynamic environment, you will play a
vital role in maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
Responsibilities: • Accurately input data into systems and
databases, ensuring completeness and precision. • Verify and
cross-check entered information for errors or inconsistencies. •
Organize and maintain digital and physical records to support
operational needs. • Collaborate with team members to streamline
data entry processes and improve efficiency. • Handle numeric and
text-based data entry tasks with consistent speed and accuracy. •
Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance
with company standards. • Prepare reports or summaries based on
entered data as required. • Assist with additional administrative
tasks related to data management. • Maintain confidentiality and
safeguard sensitive information during the data entry process. •
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to data entry tools
or systems.• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role,
demonstrating high accuracy levels. • Proficiency in typing and
numeric entry with exceptional speed and attention to detail. •
Familiarity with computer systems and data entry software. •
Ability to organize and manage large volumes of information
effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. •
Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. •
Knowledge of confidentiality practices and handling sensitive
information. • High school diploma or equivalent educational
qualification.
