Kansas City, MO 64108 Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Central
Time) Job Summary Serves as the single point of contact for the
Government and manages all operational, staffing, quality, and
compliance aspects of the JOLTS contract. Key Responsibilities
Full-time management of contract operations Primary liaison with
Contracting Officer and COR Monthly performance and status meetings
Quarterly in-person meetings (Suitland, MD) Oversight of staffing,
scheduling, training, and QC Management of Telework Plan Ensure
compliance with all federal requirements Requirements:Required
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 5 years managing federal
service contracts Experience with survey, call center, or data
collection operations Strong leadership and reporting skills
