Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team in Auburn, AL. As the front
desk scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for our
clients and responsible for managing appointments, greeting guests,
and ensuring a smooth check-in/out process. If you are organized,

from you! Key Responsibilities: Manage the front desk and perform
reception duties Schedule appointments and manage the appointment
book Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Answer
phones and respond to inquiries Assist with administrative tasks as
needed Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or
receptionist role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Proficient in
computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software Love for

About Zoom to Groom/Grove Bark Inn Zoom to Groom is a mobile pet
grooming company in and Grove Bark Inn is a premier pet grooming,
daycamp and boarding facility located in Auburn, AL. Our mission is
to provide top-quality care for pets in a safe and loving
environment. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the happiness and
well-being of every pet that comes through our doors or in the

owners! While our main focus is hiring for the Zoom to Groom front
desk position, there will be a gradual transition to include Grove
Bark Inn responsibilities as well. Our hours for Zoom to Groom are
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with rotating weekend shifts
and availability required around holidays (though not on the
holiday itself). Please note that Grove Bark Inn hours may differ,
as it is a separate service under the same company. If you are
