Job Description:

Manufacture Alabama is the only trade association in the state of Alabama dedicated exclusively to the competitive, legislative, regulatory, and operational interests and needs of manufacturers and their partner industries and businesses. Manufacture Alabama is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support their operations in Montgomery, AL. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to each of the association's service areas. Essential Duties include but are not limited to the following: --------------Oversee all administrative office functions--------------Reconcile credit card statements--------------Arrange travel--------------Generate digital communications (Constant Contact and/or Mailchimp)--------------Generate physical mailers (Mail-merge)--------------Prepare meeting agendas and packets--------------Prepare and monitor invoices and receipts--------------Maintain supplies inventory--------------Assist in event planning and execution--------------Prepare and set up meetings and seminars--------------Maintain the association's database--------------Other duties as identified and assigned Qualified applicants will possess the following combination of skills and experience: --------------Previous office administration experience--------------Knowledge of QuickBooks--------------Microsoft Office proficiency--------------Excellent interpersonal skills--------------Excellent time management skills--------------Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Compensation: Salary to be set commensurate with experience.
