Job Description Job Description Overview: ?nin Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead, train, and support our electrical team while ensuring quality and compliance in all electrical installations within our client's plant. Responsibilities Schedule, lead, and coordinate electrical team workflows Plan wiring and installation of cable trays, generators, switches, HVACs, load centers Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical instructions Inspect electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety standards Assist with plant and office preventative maintenance Complete administrative tasks: verify time, production notes, etc. Skills and Experience: Requirements Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred 10 years electrical experience 2 years formal training in electrical principles Knowledge of panels, UPS, control systems, conduit bending Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Willingness to work overtime & weekends PPE required (Steel/EH composite toe shoes Benefits: Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
