You’ll work with hand and power tools, assemble components, and help keep the shop running smoothly with general tasks like sweeping, shrink?wrapping, and cleaning. No experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands?on work, you’ll fit right in. As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and learn new skills. What You’ll Do Assemble custom rooftop units using hand and power tools Assist with shop upkeep: sweeping, shrink?wrapping, cleaning Work closely with a small, friendly, supportive team Take on new responsibilities as you gain experience Work Environment Large, bright, climate?controlled warehouse Brand?new facility with high ceilings and natural light Casual dress code (steel?toe boots required) Two paid 10?minute breaks one 20?minute lunch Small, close?knit team where your work truly matters Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
