Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Maintenance Technicians for upcoming opportunities near the Birmingham, AL area. Maintenance staff will be responsible for completing tickets, turning vacant units, appliance installation and other required tasks with a very active team and must have their own hand tools and drill. Punctuality is important- Managers are looking for technicians who are skilled, and ready to start immediately. Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities: Strong experience in the following tasks: Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable) Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, painting Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs Technicians should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed job Report missing/needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (as instructed) ? Maintenance Technicians Qualifications: Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels or private homes You must have personal hand tools and drills - bring to site daily; do not leave at property reliable transportation team mentality Ability to handle physical workload Call or text to apply!
