Our HVAC Appliance Technicians earn a competitive base wage plus commissions , which can amount to as much as $5,500 per month depending on performance and experience. This full-time appliance repair position typically works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . We never require weekends, but weekend work is available upon request ! There are no late nights or emergency calls for this appliance repair position. Your role is essential in ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. When clients contact us with service requests, you promptly respond by visiting their homes to address any appliance-related issues. With your expertise and trusty tools, you deliver top-notch customer service, taking the time to understand the problem while ensuring that each client feels valued. After assessing the situation, you diagnose the problem and work diligently to restore the system to proper working order. Once the appliance repair is complete, you take the time to communicate clearly with the client about how to operate and maintain their systems to prevent future issues. Additionally, you meticulously document all the work you complete and prepare for upcoming appointments. You take pride in your ability to help clients solve frustrating problems and enjoy working with an outstanding team! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU HVAC experience Ability to move and lift objects up to 75 lbs.
