Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A full-time special education teaching opportunity is
available for the 2025/2026 school year, serving students from
kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position is based in
Vance, AL, and focuses on delivering effective and individualized
instruction tailored to students' unique learning needs. Qualified
candidates will have experience in special education within K-12
settings, a deep understanding of individualized education programs
(IEPs), and strong classroom management skills. The role demands
commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments and
collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans for students
with diverse learning needs. Adapt instructional materials and
teaching strategies to meet student requirements. Monitor student
progress and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and support staff to ensure student success. Participate
in meetings and professional development sessions as required.
Desired Qualifications: Certification in Special Education. Proven
