Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity
to work as a Special Education Teacher in a PreK-K and 3rd grade
inclusion classroom, starting August 2026 and continuing through
the 2027 school year. The role is based in Carrollton, MS, where
you will support students with diverse learning needs in an
inclusive educational environment. Responsibilities: Develop and
implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with
state standards Collaborate with general education teachers to
facilitate inclusive instruction Monitor student progress and
adjust strategies to optimize learning outcomes Engage with
families and support teams to advocate for student success Maintain
accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational
regulations Qualifications: Mississippi Special Education Licensure
required Experience working with PreK-K and elementary-aged
students preferred Strong knowledge of special education laws,
teaching strategies, and accommodations for inclusion settings
Ability to create supportive and positive learning environments
tailored to individual student needs Excellent communication and
collaboration skills Schedule and Details: Contract position from
August 2026 through the 2027 school year 37.5 hours per week, 7.5
