seeking an O365 Engineer and Microsoft 365 expert who is proficient
in rolling out / provisioning and working with MS Office365,
SharePoint and Teams, and other O365 products and platform
configurations to help organizations get the most out of their
collaboration technology investment. Person in this role will
function as the hands-on provisioning / installation, delivery,
configuration, and implementation expert for collaboration
technologies on Microsoft Office 365. This person will work closely
with and follow the lead of the O365 Architect to provision /
deliver & maintain customer centric solutions.This person will
function as the provisioning / rollout implementation expert who
works with the other technologists in the team and the customers
(business owners, subject matter experts, and end users) with the
goal to provision and establish a secure Office 365 collaboration
environment for a diverse set of users with specialized
requirements. This person will be responsible for implementing
security across the provisioned applications and platforms to
ensure confidential user and application data remains accessible to
only authenticated and authorized users leveraging the O365
Security Framework. This will include implementing the integration
with organizations authentication services such as
login.gov.Responsibilities will include provisioning of new
configurations and security customizations, as well as enhancement,
maintenance, and support of existing infrastructure, functionality,
and features in the Office 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, One
Drive etc. as required.Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the O365 Architect and other team members to
provision Office 365 applications, security configurations, and
business functions identified in the IT and Business Roadmaps.
- Meet with teams and individuals to provide O365 (Office 365)
technical support, including providing support for SharePoint,
Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and
other Office 365 solutions.
- Provision O365 applications to enable virtual meetings and
scheduling via calendar.
- Train teams on new technologies and new ways of working to
maximize their efficiencies through the use of modern collaboration
technologies.
- Provide 2-3 page technical briefs of collaboration tools and
functionality (e.g. a new collaboration tool or feature which has
just been released).
- Develop / maintain technical how-to, As Built, and To-be Built
configuration documentation for O365 (Office 365).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to
functional architecture, security architecture, application and
data integrations, process flows etc.
- User / Partner Onboarding and Training, and Partner O365
configurations
- Develop and update scripts for the maintenance of O365 (Office
365) environments.
- Provide technical enhancements and bug fixes as needed.Required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience provisioning / deploying and
supporting production Microsoft O365 (Office 365) environments,
including SharePoint and Teams
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant
experience
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance per Federal contract
requirementHighly Preferred Qualifications:
- Federal Government contracting work experience
- Bachelors Degree within a Technical discipline is highly
preferred
- Have referenceable past experience working on similar customer
engagements

. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is $68,325.00 - $116,152.00Nationwide
