Support Engineer I

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Support Engineer I.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor support queue and prioritize issues
Analyze and resolve or escalate production issues
Create documentation and participate in on-call rotation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as a support engineer or similar role
Proficiency in SQL queries and debugging skills
Experience working in a cloud-based environment (preferably Amazon AWS)
Proficient in maintaining cloud-based documentation
