A company is looking for an L3 Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

Reproduce and resolve complex software issues for customers
Create databases and develop complex queries in different systems
Collaborate with Engineering to provide solutions and perform root cause analysis

Required Qualifications:

Background in development with strong coding and debugging skills
Experience in creating databases and developing complex queries
Strong communication skills
Ability to work remotely
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues
