Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Production Welder to join their team. As a Production Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and welding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Welder Location: Fayette, AL Pay Range: $22 Shift: What's the Job? Using jib crane, overhead crane, slings or manual lifting, move components into proper position. Lay out, position, and align truck body components using work orders. Clamp and/or tack weld parts to secure in position for welding. Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned. Weld components ensuring quality and adherence to specifications, including inside welds, side hanging, and tailgate welding. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED, or related experience and/or training. Familiarity with welding processes preferred, with ability to operate MIG welder. Ability to read and interpret measurements, including tape measures and angles. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me? Realizar mantenimiento preventivo rutinario en los equipos asignados. Soldar componentes asegurando calidad y cumplimiento de especificaciones, incluyendo soldaduras internas, colgado lateral y soldadura de la compuerta trasera. ¿Qué se necesita? Diploma de secundaria o GED, o experiencia y/o capacitación relacionada. Familiaridad con procesos de soldadura preferida, con capacidad para operar soldadora MIG. Capacidad para leer e interpretar medidas, incluyendo cintas métricas y ángulos. Capacidad para levantar y transportar hasta 50 libras.
