customers. The Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization
is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration
control and delivered on time. The CDM Organization consists of
multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices
and our customers. Disciplines in the CDM organization participate
in the life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.
The Sensor Configuration Management (SCM) department is looking for
an individual to perform the role of a Program Configuration
Management Lead. This position is located at Andover, MA
Responsibilities to Anticipate: Provide adequate resources to
programs based on current and future business needs. Ensure
execution is within cost/schedule, and identified risks are being
managed. Generating/reviewing/approving Hardware Engineering bids,
participating in engineering program reviews, and quarterly
Estimate at Complete (EAC) reviews. Participate in strategic
planning sessions, staffing, goals setting, performance
development, training, employee recognition, and career
development. Coordination and administration of assigned
configuration management activities relative to identification,
control, and accounting for systems and/or equipment in accordance
with contractual requirements. Review and analyze released
engineering change data and coordinate changes with engineering,
quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control
activities. Management of data deliveries from suppliers and to
customers. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree OR in
absence of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
Proven ability to coordinate & manage project issues, risks and
changes. Experience with estimating and proposals. Experience with
generating product metrics and reports. Experience with Strategic
Account Planning and Revenue Forecasting. Qualifications We Value:
Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant
experience OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience
OR In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is
required. Experienced in maintaining product structure and
Configuration Management of data within Windchill Product Data
Management. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of systems,
hardware and processes on multiple IDS Programs. Strong business
acumen with planning, forecasting, analytical skills, and ability

experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3
years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically

86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
