Job Description Job Description Salary: About Us: Are you a skilled sheet metal professional with a heart for teaching? MCTI is looking for a passionate instructor to lead our Sheet Metal course. This class meets one evening a week and serves as a launching pad for students eager to join the mechanical trades. Position: Sheet Metal Instructor What Youll Do: Teach foundational and hands-on skills in sheet metal installation and fabrication Guide students through safety procedures, trade math, blueprint reading, installation, maintenance, repair, and more Create an engaging, supportive classroom environment using storytelling, games, and active learning What Were Looking For: 3 years of sheet metal experience (commercial or industrial preferred) Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor others Previous teaching or training experience a plus, but not required Must be coachable and aligned with MCTIs mission: building a thriving workforce for the mechanical industry
