Technician Location: Birmingham AL Job Type: Full-time, Year-Round
Pay: $30 - $55 per hour Sign-On Bonus Job Summary We are seeking an
experienced, high-end Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technicians to
join our growing team. This is a stable, year-round career

responsible for performing preventive maintenance, servicing, and
troubleshooting HVAC equipment for high-end commercial customers.

Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and service on
Commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot
complex electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner. Work
with others to solve customer issues, demonstrating strong
communication skills with both customers and fellow employees.
Finish jobs professionally and efficiently, with minimal to no
supervision. Be available for an on-call rotation every five weeks.
Qualifications Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a
Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician. Experience with commercial
package units ranging from 15 to 50 tons. Experience with chillers,
boilers, and controls automation is preferred. Specific experience
with Trane CGAM or similar screw/scroll compressor setups is highly
desired. Certifications: EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is
preferred but not required. Skills: Proficient troubleshooting and
diagnostic skills. Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Reliable, customer-oriented, and a strong work ethic. Other: Valid
driver’s license with a clean driving record required. Must be able
to pass a drug screening, background check, and Motor Vehicle
