Who we are looking for--- We're looking for a passionate Senior -Director of Implementation Delivery to join our growing team and help us deliver intuitive and delightful experiences to our customers. - As a Sr. Director of Implementation Delivery, you will manage the Spiff Implementation Team and be accountable for the successful deployment and delivery of all implementation projects within the Spiff portfolio.. - What you'll contribute in this role---
    • Be a key member of the Professional Services Leadership team, helping guide the growth of a world-class Services organization
    • Lead the Implementation Delivery team and ensure adherence to the proven project implementation methodology
    • Work closely with peers to ensure teams are communicating effectively, inter-team processes are established and adhered to, oversee resource allocation, and serve as the day to day executive escalation point
    • Closely monitor and review staffing levels to meet client expectations and client satisfaction
    • Act as an evangelist for Services, assisting sales with selling and serving as an executive sponsor for our strategic customers
    • Develop and maintain strong references after Go-Live based on successful project lifecycles, strong relationships, and minimal risk
    • Provide mentoring and shadowing opportunities to assist with professional development and product knowledge of team members
    • Work with Spiff's PMO to ensure compliance with the implementation methodology
    • Actively conduct and participate in team meetings and project reviews to review lessons learned to help improve implementation processes, communication and inter-team collaboration What experience you'll bring to Spiff--- -
      • 8+ years of experience in Implementations or Professional Services organizations -
      • 3+ years of experience leading Implementation Delivery organizations
      • Strong client service and conflict management skills with the ability to effectively resolve detailed project problems
      • Strong business background including project management, escalation management, problem solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      • Ability to be a positive, professional, team-oriented leader who fosters team morale and staff development
      • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment Bonus Points
