We are working with a leading trauma center in central Alabama, and have an immediate opportunity for a Human Resource Director for the hospital system. This hospital has 250+ beds and sees over 45,000 patients a year. It has a dynamic women's health program and is the leader in oncology practice in the region.

This individual will manage a dynamic human resources department and be responsible for process improvement initiatives, as well as assist with the wage and salary program as well as the hospital benefit programs. We are seeking a proven Human Resource Leader to oversee a very dynamic team.
