What You Will Do :
The Technical Organizational Change Manager (OCM) will lead the change management aspects for a large enterprise Service Desk, IT Management, and Staff Onboarding system deployment. The OCM will establish a communications and training plan, assess stakeholder needs, and execute the plan to improve user adoption. The new system is a redesign of an existing application, which will also include new functionality.
The OCM will be responsible for:

• 
  Assist in planning and leading technical professionals and cross-function/matrix teams and Department-wide working groups and pilots
  
  
• 
  Manage and track towards completion, the quality of the team's work
  
  
• 
  Identify process improvement areas for existing processes
  
  
• 
  Create training materials and communication plans
  
  
• 
  Create and execute against the defined plan, including creating training materials, hosting educational brown bags, webinars, and training, and developing communication materials
  
  
• 
  Advise on product roadmaps, features, and improvements to align with federal requirements, mandates, and industry best practices.
  
  
• 
  Assist in communicating with senior leadership, technical staff, and customers daily, ensuring the technical issues are presented in a clear, concise manner that non-technical individuals can understand
  
  
  What You Will Need :
  
  • 
    
  • 
    US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
    
    
  • 
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
    
    
  • 
    ---FIVE (5) or more years of experience as Technical Project Manager (PM) experience managing large and/or complex technology integration projects.
    
    
  • 
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    
    
  • 
    Experience supporting large system deployments and releases
    
    
  • 
    Experience creating training materials and end-user communications.
    
    
  • 
    Experience creating deployment and training plans.
    
    
    What Would Be Nice To Have :
    
    • 
      
    • 
      An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance; or higher
      
      
    • 
      Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
      
      
    • 
      Experience with ServiceNow deployments
      
      
    • 
      Experience hosting training for executives, end users, and technical administrators
      
      
    • 
      Experience creating communications plans across multiple media (email, in-person, video, etc)
      
      
    • 
      Technical certifications (AWS, Azure, Microsoft, etc)
      
      
      The annual salary range for this position is $74,900.00-$149,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
