Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intranet Manager to manage and
maintain their intranet platform, support content creation and
organization, and promote user adoption and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with content owners to define content strategies and
organize content within the intranet platform
Write and maintain SOP documents, workflows, and training materials
for technical requirements and user-friendly instructions
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve employee experience
and increase visibility of company news
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in Intranet technical support, platform
administration, or related field
Ability to translate technical language into layman's terms for a
global audience
Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and project management
platforms
An eye for intuitive design and commitment to delivering
high-quality output
