A company is looking for a Manager of Quality Improvement to
oversee quality enhancement of crisis services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach teams focused on quality improvement for crisis
services
Analyze and disseminate quality-related data to inform
improvements
Manage quality performance processes and ensure compliance with
contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of crisis intervention experience
1+ years of experience in quality assurance and improvement
3+ years of supervisory experience in a related field
Intermediate knowledge of quality improvement best practices
Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Looker
