Lead Our Nursing TeamWe seek a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our dedicated nursing team. As the DON, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive nursing policies and proceduresOversee the delivery of resident care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsManage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operationsParticipate in quality assurance and improvement initiativesRespond to resident and family concerns in a timely and compassionate mannerQualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingMinimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a long-term care settingPrevious experience as a DON or Assistant DON preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsKnowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing homesPassion for providing quality care and improving resident outcomes
