treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and
best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder
Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team
members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling,
support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We
treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying
causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not
only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their
journey to recovery.
This position is responsible for seeking out strong candidates for
Executive and Leadership level roles across multiple lines of
business all within the area of healthcare. The candidates for
these roles may or may not be looking for employment and may
require guidance in becoming the ideal candidate.
Essential Functions:Responsibilities may include but are not
Utilize exceptionally innovative sourcing techniques and leverages
technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling, and
establishing a network of talent and resources for Executive level
roles in healthcare.
Complete detailed job scopes conversation with the hiring leader to
determine position specifications.
Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant
Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites.
Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal
Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to
Articulate value proposition for candidates who are interested in
the job opportunity.
Prepare candidates for interviews; providing logistical
information, interview schedule, and expectations for follow up
from the recruiter.
Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning
the status of their applications and interviews.
Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews.
Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with
requisition specifications to determine if the candidate is a match
for the role.
Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple
candidates in play at all times.
Articulate a job offer and drives for candidate acceptance.
Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and all other compliance
standards set forth).
Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting
Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to
the hiring manager.
Assist with other corporate projects as needed
(Scope of the person's authority, including a list of jobs that
report to this job).

Required Knowledge: Experience with the use of social media as a
tool for recruiting candidates.
Experience Required: Minimum three (3) years' prior recruiting
experience, preferably with executive level candidates.
Skill and Ability: Outstanding customer service skills
interpersonal skills, Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and
dependable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with
change. Must be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
