Qualifications

Qualifications for Nursing Assistants include:

Completion of a nursing assistant training program or current on the job training that can be verified
A minimum of 6 months experience in the last 2 years in an acute care or nursing home setting
Ability to float between units within the hospital
Able to work a monthly commitment of 36 hours Responsibilities

RSP Nursing Assistants receive:
- Additional hourly pay
- Minimal work commitment
- Accessible on-line self-scheduling anywhere Internet access is available, 24 hrs day
- Additional pay differentials for working nights & weekend
