Job Title - -Site Safety & Health Officer
Location - -Various domestic locations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - -Effective written and verbal
communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Must have a
working knowledge of Caddell's Corporate Safety Program. Working
knowledge of applicable OSHA or Corps of Engineers EM385-1-1.
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel,
Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as web-based tools (i.e,
ProCore).
Education / Experience - -Minimum high school diploma/GED and 10
years' experience in safety management work of a progressive nature
with at least 5 years' of experience on similar projects. An
average of at least 24 hours of formal safety training each year
for the past 5 years with training for competent person status for
at least the following five areas of competency: Excavation;
Scaffolding; Fall protection; Hazardous energy; and Confined
space.
Certifications, Licenses, etc.: - -Certified Safety Professional
(CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). OSHA 30-hour, First
Aid/CPR, Competent Persons Training

Johnson). There is an opportunity to request an exemption from the
vaccine requirement for medical reasons or religious beliefs,
subject to Caddell's interactive process under the ADA/ADAAA.
