current openings for both in-home and at our clinic.We are
currently looking for an individual who is a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Early Autism Services (EAS) is an
established provider of ABA Therapy with ten years of experience
implementing high quality programming nationwide. We are looking
for a motivated and driven behavior analyst to grow with our
organization whose clinical approach fits well with our team. We
are looking to expand our privately owned practice in the currently
under served Montgomery area. A successful candidate shares our
core values of data driven treatment and respect for all
individuals and is ready to learn while working closely with our
Birmingham Clinical Director.The duties of the Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) include:Supervising and training
non-certified staffAttending bi-weekly team meetings with family
members and therapistsProviding training and feedback to parents as
neededAnalyzing data taken by therapy teams and making treatment
decisionsUpdating client goals and treatment plansTaking part in
initial assessments for new clientsRequirements:This position
requires a car, and a willingness to travel in and around
Montgomery and surrounding areasA BCBA certificateExperience
working with children or children with disabilitiesWork with
Director of EAS Birmingham to expand services offered in the
Birmingham areasJob Type: Full-time Center/Clinic basedRequired
