Orthopedics opening in Selma, Alabama. Medical Center, located in Selma, AL offers this employed orthopedics opportunity going into a solo practice. 10 days of call per month with the opportunity for additional paid call shifts each month. American Board Certification/Eligibility required. Numerous local PCPs and several urgent care centers provide a strong referral base. Excellent opportunity for experienced physician or new graduate looking for better quality of life and a place where he/she can make a difference. • One other provider in town is very close to retirement
• 10 days call per month with additional call pay if more than 10 days are taken
• Total comp in MGMA-median + range + PLUS wRVU bonus
• Outstanding opportunity to bonus
• Must be willing to do general orthopedics in addition to whatever sub specialty he or she might have
• $30K sign-on bonus (neg), relo, med mal coverage, 25 days vacation/holidays, 5 days CME, $5K CME allowance and more
