Job Description:

Seeking BE/B C OBGYN to join team in Montgomery, AL.

• Athena EMR
• Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them on their shift.
• Expected Schedule: Monday Thursday 8-4:30, Friday 8-12
• Anticipated volume: average 20-25 patients/day (mix of patients)
• Average total month for deliveries: 45-50 for total group
• OB services to Gyn Services: 50/50
• Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time (eligible for block time after 6 months)
• Surgical Robotics available
• Each doc chooses to take their own practice call
• Level 2 Nursey, more specialty care
  • 2 infant ventilations
    • Will stabilize, but if requires more than a few hours, patient will go to higher care.
    • No Midwives or Laborists currently Compensation Package Overview:
      • Base Salary with 3-year guarantee
      • Quarterly production bonus wRVU
