Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse - OR Circulator to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient operating room environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of surgical procedures.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
  • RN License in state of employment or compact.
  • RN - OR Circulator experience required.
  • BLS required.Work Schedule:4 Days - 10 HoursWork Type:Full Time
