Pay Information $1,990 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room I Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: Previous Travel Experience, Cerner Experience Description: The position involves working in a dynamic emergency room setting. The nurse will care for patients with a variety of diagnoses, including stroke, STEMI, orthopedic injuries, abdominal pain, and psychiatric illnesses. The unit has a total of 25 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1. Charting will be completed using Cerner. The nurse may be required to float as needed based on skill set. Common special procedures include splints, rapid sequence intubation, and sedation.
