Employment Type: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt Position Overview We
are partnering with a respected 51-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in
Luverne, MN, to hire a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) . This
is a direct hire opportunity , and the candidate will be employed
directly by the facility. The ideal candidate is an experienced
nurse leader who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused
environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage all nursing
operations within the facility. Oversee nursing staff performance,
scheduling, and development. Ensure compliance with state and
federal regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
provide high-quality resident care. Maintain quality assurance
programs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage
departmental budgets and resources efficiently. Qualifications
Required License: Active RN license in Minnesota (or compact
eligible). Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled
nursing is required. Strong communication, organizational, and
problem-solving skills. Compensation & Incentives Hiring Wage:
$38.00 – $63.00/hour (Salaried/Exempt) Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
total, paid in increments: $5,000 at 6 months $5,000 at 12 months
$5,000 at 18 months $5,000 at 2 years Relocation assistance is
available for qualified candidates. This facility is dedicated to
