Position Details: Registered Nurse – Newborn Nursery Location: Mercy Hospital Washington Shift: Full-Time, Nights Sign-On Bonus of Up to $10,000 for Experienced RNs! Our Team Become a part of our dedicated and compassionate Newborn Nursery team at Mercy Hospital Washington. Our 18-bed unit provides outstanding care for women and newborns, covering everything from labor and delivery to postpartum recovery and surgical procedures, all within a single specialized unit. We cater to both routine and high-risk maternity cases , supported by our Level II Special Care Nursery and a skilled interdisciplinary team committed to delivering the highest quality of care. About the Unit 8 LDRP Rooms for Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum care 8 Postpartum/Post-Op Rooms for C-Section and GYN recovery Well-Newborn Nursery and Level II Special Care Nursery Opportunities for cross-training across all areas 24/7 nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and observation Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program Current RN license (state or compact) Preferred experience in L&D or Mother/Baby BLS certification required (or to be obtained within 30 days of hire) Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing/walking Incentives & Benefits ?
