We leverage the Nursing Conceptual Framework and the nursing
process to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be
accountable for the care provided to your assigned patients,
ensuring coordination with various departments. Upholding patient
rights and maintaining confidentiality of patient information is
paramount. Position Overview: Education: Completion of a nursing
program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN) is required.
Licensure: It is your responsibility to secure and uphold a valid
RN license in the state of employment or a compact license,
adhering to all state board of nursing regulations. Experience:
Relevant experience is preferred. Certifications: Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or
completion of the course within 30 days of employment. Depending on
the specific role or unit, additional certifications may be
necessary within a designated timeframe: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac
Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency
Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON
(Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology
Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS
(Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E.
(Six Assessment & Care Modules) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification)
Other unit-specific certifications as required Additional

Demands: The role necessitates the ability to regularly push, pull,
or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking are required
