In this role, you will employ the nursing process to deliver
exceptional patient care. You will uphold professional
accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients and
assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other
caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate
patient care is essential. You will also ensure the protection of
patient rights and maintain the confidentiality of patient
information. Your responsibilities will align with our mission,
values, and service standards. Position Overview: Education:
Completion of a nursing program from an accredited institution is
required. You should possess knowledge of nursing principles,
skills for patient care, examination procedures, and treatment
protocols. Familiarity with medications, their effects, patient
education, and self-care program development is also necessary.
Licensure: Must hold a current and valid state nursing license. A
valid driver's license is mandatory for nurses involved in Home
Infusion. Certifications: CPR certification is required or must be
obtained within 90 days of starting employment. Additional Skills,
Knowledge, and Abilities: Proficiency in assisting with and
performing various medical treatments and procedures. Ability to
remain calm and effective during emergencies. Capability to
interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and policies. Strong
communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships
with patients, staff, and the community. Basic computer skills or
the willingness to learn to access information and input clinical
data. Ability to operate equipment relevant to the clinic's
