Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – We-MO (We-Motivate, PLLC) Founded by Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Executive Clinical Director Kendra Wills, We-MO was created to offer a different kind of clinical environment: one rooted in compassion, low caseloads, and genuine professional support. We are growing intentionally and are seeking a BCBA who wants to be part of a practice that centers clinical integrity and sustainable work-life balance. Compensation $100,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and caseload preference.
