Care, Full-Time/Nights Overview: This role is for a full-time
registered nurse dedicated to mother and baby care, delivering
thorough assessments and support to postpartum mothers and their
infants within a hospital environment. Responsibilities include
coordinating patient care, ensuring confidentiality, and working
12-hour night shifts, along with various financial incentives and
benefits. The unit is focused on stable mothers and newborns,
addressing a variety of pregnancy and postpartum conditions with a

Position Overview: Employing the nursing process, you will provide
exceptional patient care while maintaining professional
accountability for the care of assigned patients. You will assess
the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and
coordinate patient care in collaboration with various departments.

(Full-Time Only) Employer-Matched Retirement Contributions The
Mother-Baby Unit consists of 50 private rooms located on the 5th
floor of the hospital. This unit caters to mothers and their stable
newborns, from late preterm to term, utilizing a specially trained
healthcare team. It also accommodates stable antepartum patients
requiring short to long-term hospitalization. Common admitting
diagnoses include postpartum mothers following vaginal deliveries
and cesarean sections, along with pregnancy-related conditions such
as PIH, PROM, gestational diabetes, and placenta previa. Services
are available 24/7. The Mother-Baby Unit is a specialized area that
demands keen assessment skills and the ability to develop critical
thinking regarding growth and development's impact on physiological
and pathophysiological processes. All staff members work 12-hour
shifts, from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including
