Role The House Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily
functions of patient care departments within the hospital, ensuring
smooth operations and the delivery of high-quality support
services. This position involves supervising nursing personnel,
coordinating departmental activities, addressing challenges as they
arise, and fostering a safe and supportive environment for both

Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily activities of
various patient care departments, ensuring that workflows are
efficient and that policies are followed to maintain exceptional
patient care standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff,
coordinating efforts, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a
safe environment. Position Details: Education: Must be a graduate
from an accredited nursing program. Experience: A minimum of three
years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. Licensure: Must
hold a current RN (Registered Nurse) license in the relevant state.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are required prior to
the first shift. Preferred Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's
degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience: Five years of nursing
experience in a hospital environment is desirable. Skills,
