at Our Facility The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for
delivering exceptional nursing care to patients within a skilled
nursing and long-term care environment. This position involves
working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance
patient health and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include
evaluating patient needs, updating care plans, and overseeing the
work of CNAs and LPNs while ensuring compliance with regulatory and
organizational standards. The role offers flexible scheduling,
bonuses, and opportunities for professional advancement within a
highly regarded healthcare community. $7,000 Sign-on Bonus for
Full-time RNs; Available Shifts: Days, Evenings, or Nights. Located
just west of the Metro area, our beautiful mountain community is
easily accessible. A mileage reimbursement program is available for
those traveling 25 miles or more. Night shift differentials apply.
Extra shift bonuses are also available. Our facility, situated just
west of Lakewood, boasts a 5-star rating based on CMS evaluations.

qualified Registered Nurse to enhance our team of professionals. We

member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN provides quality
nursing care through direct patient interaction and ensures that
patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and
psychosocial well-being in accordance with all relevant laws,
regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities
will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation
and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient
conditions. Daily, you will also provide clinical supervision to
CNAs and LPNs. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state,
maintaining an active license in good standing throughout
employment. Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled
nursing. CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained
during orientation; certification must remain current throughout
employment. Specific Job Requirements Implement and interpret
departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive
attitude towards patients. Utilize reasoning skills and sound
judgment effectively. Communicate and collaborate productively
