- Float Pool Overview: This full-time night position for a
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool requires delivering patient
care across various hospital departments, including the ICU,
Emergency Department, and Medical-Surgical units. The role
prioritizes adaptability, collaboration, and professional
responsibility, while also offering sign-on bonuses, shift

certification, and ideally have at least one year of nursing

following units: Emergency Department ICU Cardiac Telemetry
Medical-Surgical (Adults) Medical-Surgical (Adults & Pediatrics)
Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program
Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri or a compact license (must
meet state board requirements) Experience: Preferred 1 year of RN
experience Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
within 30 days of hire Depending on the assignment, may also
require: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS (Pediatric
Advanced Life Support) Physical Requirements: Ability to push,
pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly Requires standing, walking,
bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts Why
