Physician Location: 1007 Summit Ave, Greensboro, NC 2740 Role
Overview: The role of a Primary Care Physician is to provide
equitable and effective value-based healthcare to local Medicare
patients at our innovative network of neighborhood primary care
centers. Physicians will work at a single medical facility
supported by extensive care teams, allowing them to concentrate on
enhancing the quality of care rather than merely the quantity of

Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients at our local
clinics Lead and manage primary care services Prescribe and
administer medications and treatments Maintain patient records
using electronic medical record systems Collaborate with regional
and central leadership to achieve health quality targets Work
alongside Practice Managers to oversee and guide the center's care
team Perform additional duties as assigned Essential
Qualifications: Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy
(D.O.) degree Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family
Medicine (or board eligible) Active, unrestricted medical license
in the state Current DEA license Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in Geriatrics
Experience in treating geriatric populations Familiarity with
Value-Based Healthcare Models Experience in collaborative
environments to ensure positive health outcomes Background in
outpatient primary care settings Bilingual skills where applicable

40 Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: The anticipated salary
range for this position is: $174,070.00 - $374,920.00 This range
reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within
this job grade. The actual salary offered will depend on various
factors, including experience, education, location, and other
