Med/Surg Duration of Assignment: Permanent Location: Selma, AL
36701 Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, (Night Shift) rotating weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 2-year commitment Relocation: None
Salary Range: $56,160 - $85,280 Start Date: Immediate Benefits:

Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Job Duties: Provide direct patient care,
including administering medications, collecting specimens, and
performing clinical treatments. Monitor, document, and communicate
patient conditions to the care team, physicians, and families.
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal
hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. Collaborate across disciplines to
coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, and
referrals. Educate patients and families about health conditions
and care plans tailored to their needs and circumstances. Advocate
for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from
an accredited program. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
in the state of Alabama. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
(required). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
