Alabama, 35401! Job Title: Travel Nurse Profession: Registered

License: Registered Nurse License (State of Alabama or Compact

Red Cross Must-Have: - Associate degree in nursing - Minimum of 1
year experience in the field of specialty Description: This is a
travel position in a newly reopened Oncology Unit. The unit is a
16-bed facility dedicated to patients with various cancer
diagnoses. Nurses in this area work with a patient ratio of 1:5 and
specialize in administering chemotherapy. The multidisciplinary
team includes oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff.
All team members demonstrate compassion and skill in providing
specialized nursing care to cancer patients. The unit focuses on
creating an optimal healing environment for each patient and their
family. Nurses must be willing to float to other units and
hospitals as required. Work includes holidays as needed and every
other weekend. The position requires 36 or 48 hours per week.
