Permanent Teleradiology Opportunity Join a respected and well-established radiology group serving hospitals and imaging centers across Alabama. With an upcoming retirement and the launch of a new facility, the group is hiring full-time radiologists to meet growing demand. This remote teleradiology position offers flexible scheduling, strong compensation potential, and a stable, collegial environment. Practice Overview - You'll join a team of 30 full-time radiologists supporting 23 hospitals and 7 imaging centers - 100% remote teleradiology with no on-site obligations - Mix of daytime and evening shifts; no overnights - Consistently high productivity with subspecialty support and structured expectations Schedule - 208 nine-hour shifts annually, Monday-Friday 8-5 schedules. three weeks on, one week off - Weekend call only once every 8 weeks - No overnight shifts; flexible scheduling to match your preferences - Primarily daytime coverage with limited evening shifts Compensation & Benefits - $480,000 base salary with total earning potential up to $800,000 - Production bonuses starting at 80 wRVUs/shift and scaling to $320,000 - Full benefits package including malpractice, 401k, CME, and more Candidate Requirements - MD or DO with U.S. or international medical education - Residents considered; no age restrictions - Must meet minimum productivity (65 wRVUs per 9-hour shift) - Board eligible or board certified in radiology Community & Location Highlights - Fully remote position, no relocation required - Organization based in Montgomery, Alabama - Excellent option for physicians seeking work-life balance from a home-based setting Inquire now to see how this position can help you build the career and balance you deserve.
